b. International Orders: Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.
4. Chargebacks on Preorders:
Chargebacks initiated before the 8-week processing period will be considered premature. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept this timeframe.
5. Tracking:
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
6. Customs and Import Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
